Return and Refund Policy

1. Payments & Booking

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Sign-up fees for workshops are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed 48 hours in advance.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Reschedules: Allowed 24+ hours in advance (1 reschedule per package).
• Cancellations: Less than 48 hours’ notice results in a forfeited session.

3. Refunds

• No refunds after a session is attended.
• Partial refunds for multi-session packages before the first session (processing fee applies).
• If Margikka cancels, a full refund or reschedule is provided.

4. No-Show Policy

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

5. Package Validity

• Packages must be used within 3 months of purchase. (conditions applied)
