This chapter of my life equipped me with a deep understanding of performance, resilience, and the power of human potential.
Alongside my professional journey, my self-exploration led me toward wellness and transformation. I am a certified Growmore Coach, and follow ICF-aligned coaching standards, a certified Breathwork Practitioner, and an internationally certified Yoga Trainer with over 300 hours of training. My expertise also includes Somatic Practices & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practices and performance coaching, enabling me to empower individuals and teams alike.
